A guide to getting younger after 60

a guide to getting younger after 60

attention: men and women over 40 who desire improved quality of life discover how to take 10 years off your body without wasting your hard earned money on pills, shots, or surgery dear friend:  if you are 40 what would you think if i told you that you could be in the best shape of your life....and keep a phenomenal level of conditioning for decades? if you are 50 what would you think if i said the same thing to you....that you had the possibility of being super fit and doing all kinds of things you never dreamed were possible? if you are 60, what would you think if i told you that you could "feel 30" every day, and amaze yourself and everyone around you at the things you can do almost without thinking about it? sound like a good deal? once not too long ago you were slim, felt strong and in great shape.  but, you may have noticed some gradual changes over the past few years. you are at a crossroads in your life.  this is probably one of the best times in your life....but you can feel some of your fitness beginning to slip away. let me assure you that just because you are 40 or above, physical decline is not inevitable. you have the power to make major positive changes that will significantly improve the quality of your life. the changes i'm talking about do not involve taking a bunch of drugs, hormone replacement shots, vast array's of "supplements" or unnecessary medical procedures. The changes i'm talking about can be accomplished with many things that are natural, non-invasive, and under your control. your age will always be whatever it is.  however, when it comes to your health and vitality, you have the power to turn back the clock a decade or more!  you can go from being 40 or 50 years "old" to 40 or 50 years "young". isn't this a cool idea?  you can have the benefits of all your years of life experience, but live in a body that is much younger than your calendar age.  your reward for being fit and healthy is that 24/7 you get to enjoy the benefits of a body that doesn't limit what you can do.  you don't want to live the best part of your life in a second or third rate body! life is about choices.  if you choose to "let nature take it's course" you will find the each passing year brings another inch or so on your waist, and a little higher blood pressure.  you develop some nagging aches and pains that never seem to go away.  your energy level seems to be half of what it was only a few years ago. You start feeling "old before your time".  this is not what you want to have happen. suppose that instead of feeling and looking worse each year, you could actually be stronger, slimmer and in better shape than you ever imagined possible.  suppose that instead of using your clothes to camoflage your body, you were wore clothes that showed off your great shape.  now that would be cool! deep down you know that if you don't start taking good care of yourself now, your body is going to decline much more quickly than you want.  you will literally become "old before your time". where you want to go is the path where you literally "turn back the clock"...start shedding fat...building a "hard body" and turning your life into what you would like it to be. it does not matter whether you are 40, 50, 60 or beyond.  you can make a massive positive impact on changes in your body and your life.  it is possible for you to "feel 30 when you are 60".  if you are in your 40's, things can be even better! ok...if this sounds too good to be true, let me show you why i make this claim.  all of the photos you see on this page are of me....at the age of 72.  the body i have is a product of solid training and proper nutrition.  i have never used performance enhancing drugs, hormone replacements, plastic surgery or "magic" supplements. i have been training and competing in sports since i was 14.  that's 58 years of learning what works and what is strictly "smoke and mirrors".  i'm going to share a bunch of my insights with you, because i know you really want to have the best body possible, and you are sick of being fed a bunch of marketing hype about "miracle" programs. i'm a normal person, not a freak.  if i can have this body at 72, think about what you can do if you are 40, 50, 60 or whatever age you are.   all training programs are not created equal let me tell you up front that if you want 5 minute workouts twice a week while you eat everything in sight, the decades younger program is not for you.  achieving great results takes work, dedication and discipline.  but, these are qualities we all admire.  just think how proud you will be to accomplish your transformation because you had the inner strength needed to succeed. because so many people today want "instant success", there is no shortage of products sold with the promise that you can get great results with no effort.  instant success with no effort only happens in dreamland.  there is no product anywhere that can give you fabulous overnight results.  there is no product anywhere that can give you a great body without real effort on your part. don't fall for the phony promises of instant effortless success.  they will not only cost you your hard earned money, they will undercut any chance you may have for real success. what actually works? despite all the advertising and hype, there are really only two things that will give you a great body: proper exercise and eating nutritious food in proper quantities. these days there are a huge number of programs that promise you that great results come from minimal effort.  i think this is nothing but a day dream.  i have seen people doing "minimal workouts" in gyms all my career.  guess what....they get minimal results...if any. when you are just starting out, you get the illusion that you are making progress because in reality doing any physical activitiy other than resting in bed will give you some results for the first few weeks.   the problem is that after the first few weeks, people using the "minimal effort" approach stop making any progress.  your body adapts to a work load.  that is how you "get in condition".  if the program makes minimal demands on you, the training benefits you get stop quickly.  your progress stops a few steps above complete beginner.   how you can keep making progress? what will work is a comprehensive and progressive training program. by that i mean a systematic program that shows you how train, what to eat, and how to train so that the effect of your trainng is cumulative.  one stage builds on another.  to make real progress you need nutriton guidance that will enable you to revamp your eating habits so that you start eating to succeed, not stuffing yourself with junk. the decades younger program i have designed will show you how to start with basic exercise movements and gradually build up to the point where you will be doing things that will amaze you.  the nutrition guidance will help you make much better choices for meals and snacks, and show you how to avoid being subverted by stealh calories and "fat bombs". you will also discover the absolutely critical role that "mindset" or your mental facotors play in your success. I'll show you how to harness the power of you mind to accomplish things that you thought were impossible. what is the secret of this program? the decades younger program gives you a new workout challenge...each month...for a full year! you constantly progress from simpler routines to more demanding ones so that you get stronger, more athletic, and have a better looking physique. real progress does not take occur overnight....it takes place over a period of time where you master successive stages of conditioning.  each stage is the foundation for the next.   it is easy to say that no pill or quick fix will help you transform your body, but let's look a little closer and see what things you actually need to develop to take ten years off your body.  if you look beyond merely being able to get out of bed in the morning, and function at a minimal level all day, there are four types of physical capacity you need to develop to be physically viable.  they are: cardiovascular capacity physical strength motor skills flexibility your cardiovascular capacity is literally the ability of your heart, lungs and circulatory system to support different levels of exertion.  for many people who are older or just overweight, walking up stairs is a difficult proposition. for the well conditioned person, running up hills at a fast pace is just part of a training session.  there is a huge difference between how much activity these two people can decide to do.  when you start training to build a younger body, the cardio contioning is one of the critical elements that i show you how to develop. physical strength is another component of a young body.  by that i don't necessarily mean the ability to lift massive amounts of weight (although that is definitely possible if you want to develop this capability).  to have a young body, you need to be strong enough to easily do whatever daily tasks you might want to do.  your choice of activities  might include tasks like cutting firewood, shoveling snow or taking a challenging hike.  it can also include more demanding things like playing a strong round of golf (while walking and carying your bag), playing a dominating tennis game, or doing competitive weight lifting (my sport).   muscular strength will dramatically impact how well you can perform any of these activities. one aspect of physical capability that is often overlooked when discussing the negative effects of aging is the decline in motor skills.  when people do not perform a complex physical task on a regular basis, the signals from the brain that control coordinated movement will diminish and eventually vanish.  the good news is that you can actually re-learn how to most of the really demanding complex movements that are needed for good coordination.  the way to do this is by regularly doing movements in your training that require complex motor skills. In this program you will gradually re-build your capability to do some really complex physical activities. finally, flexibility is an issue with many people.  like your motor skill pattens, if your body is not put into a variety of different positions on a regular basis, you will lose the ability to get into these positions.  one of the real negtative results of having limited how you move is that it can lead to many chronic conditons, such as lower back pain. If lack of flexibility limits what you can do, you might not be able to do some things you would like to do.   the good news is that you can re-build your flexibility through focused training.  you can become more limber over time if you train consistently.  in the decades younger course, you will learn to do a variety of movements that will help you to become more and more flexible. ok....now you may wonder who am i to make all these statements....and what proof do i offer that my system will actually work?   let me tell you a little about myself. 72 years old and going really strong!  how can i claim that you can transform your body?  the decades younger program is built on my 57 years of training, coaching and assisting others reach their health and fitness goals.  it is also based on a huge amount of research on how people can become fit and healthy at any age. for one thing, i'm 72 years old and have the body of a much younger man. i have never taken hormone replacements, performance enhancing drugs, or any other prescription drugs that would impact how i have aged. the picture above was taken december 1, 2012....in a powerlifting meet. So, you know that what i'm telling you works for me right now....at 72. what are some of the things i regularly do that show i have a very high level of phsical conditioning?  for openers, i compete in the sport of powerlifting.  at 5' 10" i normally weigh 180 pounds. In the past two years my best competitive lifts are:  full squat (below parallel) 436 lbs,  bench press 275 lbs, and deadlift 451 lbs.  those are lifts done in a contest in front of three referees....not "gym lifts" where you can claim anything you want and no one will know the difference.   how about some other things?  i have been running for over 40 years and regularly run 2-3 miles after my weight training workouts just because i enjoy running!   i also swim on a regular basis and occasionally do yoga.  all of this activity means that long hikes, cutting firewood, carrying almost anything around the house, and hopping up flights of stairs are routine.  i'm not a "freak of nature".  i'm just a normal person who has trained smart, and taken care of myself.  i want to help you get the same type of results.  my choice of activities may not be what you want to do...but being in top condition will allow you to get the most out of your choices.  for example, if you are a golfer, physical strength and endurance will cut strokes off your game because you will have better muscle control for the entire round.  you will get less fatigued, and be able to better control your shots for the entire 18 holes.  the same applies if you play tennis, or other raquet sports.  however, the main benefit for being in top conditon: you get to feel great 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, all year! there is a "fountain of youth" when ponce de leon groped through the wilderness in florida looking for the mythical "fountain of youth", he was essentially looking for a "magic trick" that would change him from an older man to a young man.  today most people seem to think about regaining their youth in the same way...simply find a "magic" potion and take it.  no effort required, simply drink something and the years drop away. stated this way, the whole idea seems rediculous.  we all know there is no magic water that will take a decade off your body with no effort.  however, many people seem convinced that if they buy the latest fad, they can magically transform themselves with no work on their part.  quick....give me a pill, a shot, or wave a wand, and create a miraculous transformation.  of course, none of it works.  people spend buckets of money on quack nostrams and get nothing.  you don't want to be in this situation. so where is the "fountain of youth"?   it is not really a secret. the proverial "fountain of youth" is to be found in regular and systematic physical training, along with eating like a high performance human, not a garbage disposal.  the real "fountain of youth" is a system of training.  it is a program for training your body, your mind and your brain to revive the processes that will keep you functioning at top efficiency regardless of your age.  it is a system where you train smart!  that is, you lay a solid foundation and then move through progressively more demanding levels of training to get better and better over time.  there is a lot to it, and i have prepared a guide that will take you through a full year of training from just starting out, to being in great physical condition.  along the way, you will drop a decade off your body.  introducing a guide to getting younger at any age i want to introduce you to a breakthrough training system that takes you step by step out of your recliner chair and back to full speed.  this is a program that i have developed out of my 55+ years of training and study in the area of human performance.  think about it.  would you like to: cut a lot of fat and build muscle regain your mobility increase your energy have a huge boost in your self confidence have a better social life   if you get into great physical conditions there are a bunch of other benefits that you may not have thought about.  these are things like: look great! have a great sense of personal accomplishment feel sexy have no limits on enjoying time with your family and friends be in better condition than you ever thought possible why did i write this progrm?  over the past few years many people who have asked me how i manage to be so fit and healthy at my age.  several have asked me to train them.  what i discovered when i did set up training programs for them was that each person had different strengths and weaknesses.  each had some areas of their body that were problems, and other areas that were pretty strong.  the bottom line was that no two people had the same problem areas when they started.  working with each of them, i had to devise ways that they were able to progress to the point where they were physically viable in all different areas.  at that point they were able to take on more advanced training. that is what is unique about this program.  it does not matter what your deficiencies are, the program is structured so that you can work on your deficiencies and build them up to the point where you have a balanced physical development.  in some cases people who begin this program were not strong or flexible enough to do basic movements such as the bench press or squat.  instead, they began training with movements that enabled them to develop the strength and flexibility to do the more demanding movements.  one of the things people seem to always ask me about are the potential risks of doing exercise programs.  my response is always that if you are over 40, before you embark on any exercise program you should have your physician clear you to participate.  you need to put your mind at ease before you start training.   if you are cleared to train, you can begin work on building a new you.  occasionally i hear people tell me that they have tried training before and "it didn't work", or they are "too busy", or some other reason why they didn't succeed.  whatever the reason that their previous efforts did not produce results, they are now in the situation where they need to make a serious investment in the rest of their life.  whatever reasons they had in the past, they need to drop these excuses, and move on to becoming the best that they can be. your future is in your hands! for a moment, think about the things you would do if you had the strong, energetic and healthy body you want.  what would an average day look like?  what would a special day look like.  you can live this life, if you take acation now.  making yourself lean, powerful and more athletic is not a job you can "out source".  you and you alone have the power to develop the body you really want, and all that goes with it.  the cool thing is that you are the one in charge of transforming your life....not some doctor or anonymous government official. the secret is one of the things that you have known all along....it will take work. but, you will not just work hard, you will have to work smart.  you know there is no magic trick that is going to do the job.  you can't go to the doctor and get anything for  this.  you are the only one who can build a strong, healthy body for yourself.  you can't outsource this job.  so, now is the time for you to take action.   how badly do you want to have a younger body?  if this is what you want, you need to commit to making this happen, and take action now.  your big enemy is procrastination.  if you don't begin doing something now, you may lapse back into your old ways. if this sounds like a lot to digest at once, be assured that i break down everything into easy to follow guidelines and programs that make it easy for you to succeed.   get your copy today....only $37.00   once you purchase the decades younger program, you will be taken directly to a web page where you will give your name and e-mail address.  you will then immediately recieve an e-mail with a link to your copy of a guide to getting yonger after 60.  the entire book will be available to you by download from this link.  you will be provided with free updates to the book and other valuable bonus materials. if you have any questions you can contact me at: richard@decadesyounger.com you have nothing to lose and everything to gain 60 day 100% satisfaction or your money back guarentee!
